“Mindfulness In Action” is designed for people who feel purposeful about a greater wellbeing in society. The course offers an integrated approach to mindfulness teaching and aims to equip teachers to work with individuals and groups with many requirements including helping with physical and emotional pain, stress and anxiety, as well as building emotional resilience. It is a systematically designed 6-sessions course which enables the user to become a mindfulness teacher, having access to have a bundle of ancient & researched backed tools, effective worksheets and lesson plans for clients.
